Short description
The history of a country is extremely important for reaching peace. Unfortunately, as of there is no national archive of the modern history of Ukraine during the time of our independence. Doubtless, there are other countries in the world which face the same problem. We would like to collaborate in order to be united in our thirst for the truth. It is necessary to save the stratum of history in which we live. The availability of documentary video-footage material on private TV channels and in news agencies, as well as at people's homes - is not worth the story. And they are inaccessible to professionals in the creation of visual products.
Creating, fixing and storing historical materials is one of the powerful means of modern education for youth.
Based on the experience of recapturing the powerful volunteer movement of documentaries Babylon 13; many years of teaching experience at the Karpenko-Kariy University; an effective team of young film directors from among graduates and their foreign friends; field work experience in the front-line territories with children affected by the war; as a professional film director and chairman of a public organization I believe that we are ready to implement the project “doc Platform” - European Documentary Platform.
