European Festivals<\/a><\/p>\n

This scheme supports networks of European film festivals that screen a significant number of non-national European works.<\/p>\n

Networks of European Festivals<\/a><\/p>\n

This mechanism supports a network bringing together European cinema operators from across Europe that screen a significant proportion of non-national European films. It aims to increase and improve the circulation of European works to audiences across the continent.<\/p>\n

Audience development and Film education<\/a><\/p>\n

This mechanism supports international initiatives that promote audience development and engagement on European audiovisual works (including heritage film), including through film education activities that focus on young viewers in particular.<\/p>\n

European media talent and skills<\/a><\/p>\n

Formerly known as the \u201cTraining scheme\u201d, this scheme supports further training programmes for European audiovisual professionals in a vast range of areas: from producing and promoting high-quality works of any format and on any platform, to career development and mentoring schemes for emerging talent and programmes that focus on skills relevant to the digital and green transition.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

MEDIA supports a range of training programmes in production, company management, new technologies and scriptwriting. These courses allow audiovisual professionals from member states of the MEDIA Programme, including Georgia, to increase their competence and their competitiveness on the international market. All activities are conducted at industry level ranging from short-term (2-3 days) to long-term (up to 12 months), and take place across the whole of Europe.<\/p>\n

Please note that scholarships can often be provided by the training organisations or by local\/regional\/national authorities.<\/p>\n
