Perform Europe supports partnership proposals which reinvent the way we tour across borders.<\/p>\n<p>After two highly successful editions (2020-2022 \/ 2023-2026), Perform Europe will continue to put emphasis on exploring, with the performing arts sector,\u00a0<strong>how cross-border touring can be made fairer, greener, and more inclusive.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keywords:\u00a0performing arts, theatre, dance, performance, circus, outdoor arts, puppetry, interdisciplinary, change-makers, inclusion, diversity, fight against climate change, sustainability, fairness, cross-border mobility, innovation<\/p>\n<p>Proposals are submitted by collaboration partnerships of performing arts professionals and organisations. Partners should work on their proposal together. This is a call to the sector to create partnerships and propose\u00a0<b>impactful<\/b>\u00a0ideas that can generate real change via\u00a0<b>two main priorities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"dd__txt visible\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"dd__txt visible\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>INCLUSION &amp; DIVERSITY<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>FIGHT AGAINST CLIMATE CHANGE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Each proposal should choose\u00a0<b>one of the above main priorities to focus on<\/b>, while still taking into account and implementing measures related to the\u00a0<b>second priority.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition, all proposals should aim for\u00a0<b>quality and innovation<\/b>, be built on\u00a0<b>fair practices<\/b>, and are encouraged to\u00a0<b>promote collaboration across different regions\u00a0<\/b>within the 41 Creative Europe countries.<\/p>\n<p>Perform Europe will grant\u00a0<b>EUR<\/b>\u00a0<b>1.4<\/b>\u00a0<b>million<\/b>\u00a0to at least 25 partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Applicants can apply for grants in<b>\u00a0three categories:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"dd__txt visible\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"dd__txt visible\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">EUR\u00a015,000\u00a0\u2013 small grant<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">EUR\u00a025,000\u00a0\u2013 medium\u00a0grant<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">EUR\u00a055,000\u00a0\u2013 large\u00a0grant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the requested grant category, partnerships can request\u00a0<b>top-ups<\/b>\u00a0to address the sustainability and accessibility needs of their proposal. Each partnership may request any combination of the available top-ups, up to a\u00a0<b>maximum total top-up request of EUR 5,000\u00a0<\/b>per proposal.\u00a0The maximum granted amount, including top-ups, will be EUR\u00a060,000, a requirement set by the funder, the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Of the total funding, 5% will be allocated to proposals which involve a partnership with\u00a0<strong>Ukrainian<\/strong>\u00a0partners or support initiatives for the Ukrainian performing arts sector.<\/p>\n<div class=\"txt-h2\">TIMELINE<\/div>\n<ul class=\"dd__txt visible\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"dd__txt visible\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>23 June 2026\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Launch of open call<\/li>\n<li>22 October 2026 23:59 CEST\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Deadline for submitting applications<\/li>\n<li>January 2027\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Announcement of selected partnerships<\/li>\n<li>1 March 2027\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Start of partnership projects<\/li>\n<li>31 January 2028\u00a0\u2013\u00a0End of partnership projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the open call period, Perform Europe will organise help desk sessions, information, promotion and knowledge-sharing events regarding the open call.
